Go to File > Preferences > Editors
to see the subpages for different editors.
These pages are further split into tabs, which pertain to a specific table of the given editor. Here you can choose what to show in the cells of the table columns shown on the left: an icon, a textual description, or both. Alternatively, you can hide an entire column by setting it to Disabled.
Each tab of SNOMED CT Concept Editor Preferences Page represents a tab in the SNOMED CT Editor. Here, you can customize the editor table to display information that is actually relevant in your use case.
All the Reference Set types have a dedicated page in the Preferences where you can customize which information you would like to display in the corresponding Reference Set Editor and how (text or icon).
