# Reject Changes

In case some of the components are not acceptable, the reviewer can reject the related changes individually by simply clicking on the needed row in the Review column. This invokes a dialog where the status of that particular mapping can be set to **`Rejected`** or **`Approved`**.

{% hint style="warning" %}
In case of rejecting or approving items individually, reviewers still need to submit their review. This is indicated by an error message at the top of the editor.
{% endhint %}

The saving can be performed by clicking on the ![](https://snowowl.atlassian.net/wiki/download/attachments/611027797/03.png?version=1\&modificationDate=1601035500728\&cacheVersion=1\&api=v2) button, by either approving the task changes or sending it back to the author requesting changes. If changes including rejected components are approved and then promoted to the `MAIN` branch, the rejected components will not be present among the other approved ones.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.b2ihealthcare.com/snow-owl-authoring-platform/collaborative-authoring/authoring/review-tasks/reject-changes.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
