# Create

Users can create new Value Sets from the main [Resources page](/snowray/reference/resources.md). 

Selecting the Value Set option after pressing the <img src="https://content.gitbook.com/content/qCGAqlIn2vgCXJQadBh7/blobs/EXnp2cmDYyq14BsCdlRq/new_resource_button.png" alt="" data-size="line"> button opens the *Create a new Value Set* wizard, where the resource details can be configured. Once the required fields are populated, users can proceed with generating the Value Set by pressing the <img src="https://content.gitbook.com/content/qCGAqlIn2vgCXJQadBh7/blobs/YOwddn8uObO6jT8YBtwj/create_button.png" alt="" data-size="line"> button.

| Field          | Description                                                                           |
| -------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Title**      | The title of the Value Set (mandatory)                                                |
| **ID**         | The identifier of the Value Set. If left empty, an ID will be generated automatically |
| **Domain**     | The Code System used as the domain of the Value Set (mandatory)                       |
| **Location**   | The workspace where the new Value Set will be created (mandatory)                     |
| **Visibility** | The visibility of the Value Set                                                       |
