# Drag and Drop

The easiest way to add clauses to a Value Set is to simply drag and drop [concepts](/snowray/reference/resources/codesystems.md#concepts) from the terminology tree to the *Inclusions* or *Exclusions* sections:

The default operator is `<< (Descendant or self of)`, but it can easily be changed using the dropdown.
