Once an issue is resolved to all participating users' satisfaction, it can be marked as resolved by pressing thebutton.
If a user would also like to leave a comment at the time of resolving the issue, an alternative option () is presented as soon as the comment is typed in the corresponding field.
Resolved issues can be reopened at any time, should the need for further feedback arise. In case of issues in the resolved state, the button at the bottom is replaced by , which enables changing the state of the issue.
