# Revert

Users are allowed to restore Value Set content to a previous state. This action can be performed from the resource's ***History*** tab by hovering over a change commit and pressing the revealed <img src="https://content.gitbook.com/content/mtqpPjWCd58lq3KcPQAE/blobs/DUKZ2jVwj9TlQZHVGGyY/history_revert_icon.svg" alt="" data-size="line"> button.

Before proceeding with the restore, you can check changes between the current version and the selected state by hovering over the timeline item and pressing the <img src="https://content.gitbook.com/content/mtqpPjWCd58lq3KcPQAE/blobs/lxETvfXMHUi8LN7eypKC/history_compare_icon.svg" alt="" data-size="line"> button.
