The References Page shows language preferences in different Language Reference Sets.

You can see the following information:

Column	Description
Reference Set type	Name of the Language Reference Set (e.g. GB English)
Referenced component	Description that is acceptable or preferred in the given Language Reference Set
Value	Preferred or Acceptable
Status	Active or inactive
Effective time	Publication date of Reference Set membership
Module ID	The module of the Language Reference Set
Member ID	The identifier that uniquely identifies this Reference Set membership
