Attribute Value type Reference Sets

An Attribute Value type Reference Set allows associating a value concept with the referenced component. It can be used for a range of purposes where there is a requirement to provide additional information about particular concepts, descriptions, or relationships. The value applied to the referenced component is from the Attribute Value subhierarchy.

To create a new Attribute Value type Reference Set, right-click on a Reference Set type or Reference Set and select the New Attribute Value type Reference Set Context Menu option.

Members can be added the same way as to a Simple type Reference Set. In this case though, the Add New Reference Set Wizard always gets involved, requiring you to specify a value for the referenced component.

When adding multiple members at the same time, each will receive the same value specified in the Add New Reference Set Wizard.

It is also possible to change the module and the value of the Reference Set member by selecting the module/value cell and clicking on thebox to invoke the module/value picker.
