Complete Upgrade Process

Navigate to the Code Systems View and double click on the upgrade Code System to reveal the Code System Upgrade Details Page.

Synchronize Upgrade Code System

If the Code System version you are upgrading does not contain all the changes from the Code System synchronization is needed to apply those changes and complete the upgrade process.

Press the Synchronize button and specify which incoming change you would like to synchronize with, then press Finish.

Complete Upgrade

Once the synchronization is complete and there are no further changes or conflicts present press the button on the Code System Upgrade Details Page to finalize the upgrade and apply the changes to the extension Code System.

After completing the upgrade the operation cannot be undone. Completion of the upgrade changes the dependencies of the extension Code System version and restarts the client.
