Context Menu

The most frequent actions for navigation and editing are available in the context menu of the Reference Sets View; you can invoke it by right-clicking on a Reference Set or a Reference Set type.

Available context menu options for Reference Sets:

• All Reference Set types

  • New Reference Set: Create a child concept (Reference Set) for the selected Reference Set

  • Add bookmark: Bookmarks selected Reference Set. Bookmarked components are available in the Bookmarks View located in the bottom section when the default perspective is active.

  • Inactivate or Delete Reference Set: Inactivate or delete the selected Reference Set depending on whether the given Reference Set is already published (inactivate) or not published (delete).

  • Export Reference Set: all Reference Sets can be exported to RF2 format

• Simple type Reference Sets

  • Combine Reference Sets: Combines two selected Reference Sets and creates a new one. Only available for simple type Reference Sets.

  • Export to DVS: simple type Reference Sets can be exported to Delimiter separated value (DSV) format as well

• Simple Map Reference Sets

  • Export to DVS: Simple type Reference Sets can be exported to Delimiter separated value (DSV) format as well

• Query type Reference Set

  • Add new query member: Add new member to the selected Query type Reference Set

  • Update query Reference Set: Updates Query type Reference Sets and the generated Simple type Reference Sets – useful following (e.g.) a new release of an underlying terminology.
