Automapping

Snowray provides an option to map code systems to value sets (the set of terms contained by a value set) or other code systems automatically.

Map target candidates are searched based on lexical or semantic similarities, or existing mappings.

To automap selected terms first, start editing a concept map and import terms from a text file or copy them from the clipboard.

Press theicon to start the automapping process. The mappings will appear automatically after the process finishes.

Automatical mappings can be edited later on if needed by simply starting the authoring process as usual.
