Users are allowed to restore a value set's content to a previous state. This action can be performed from the Resource's History Page by hovering over a change commit and pressing the revealed button.

This action might cause a loss of data.

Before proceeding with the restore, you can check changes between the current version and the selected state by hovering over the timeline item and pressing thebutton.
