Resources are the foundation of users' routines. To review resources navigate to the Dashboard page or visit the Resources page.
The Resources page contains a search bar combined with a tree of all the resources. Resources can be organized in Bundles to create a hierarchical and more transparent structure.
To navigate to a specific resource, either click on the Dashboard sign from the main menu bar and select a resource card or click on the Resources menu item and choose a resource from the tree located on the left.
Selecting a resource navigates users to its Overview, where all the relevant information is displayed, such as id, title, URL, status, language, owner, usage, and description. Certain fields can also be edited. To check whether the content can be changed, hover over its text: if the edit icon is visible, click it to modify the content.
Resources can be created by pressing thebutton from the main menu bar, followed by selecting the required resource type (value sets, concept maps, bundle ). When creating a resource users can decide which type of resource they would like to create on the create page as well by hovering over the resource's icon.
After creating a resource, its status will be set automatically to draft. Once the content reached its desired state and was released, the status of the resource will be updated to active. Should a resource be outdated or out of use, it can be retired and be reviewed later on. On the other hand, if a resource is not intended to be used again, it can also be deleted.
When working with resources, the page of the resource will not be refreshed automatically. If a page gets outdated because of modifications made by other users, a dialog will appear in the bottom right corner to indicate this.
To refresh the page, simply click on the button prompted in the notification.
Refreshing the page will discard all the uncommitted changes.
After clicking on the refresh button, users need to confirm their decision in the warning dialog in order to allow refreshing the page and getting the latest changes.
Pressing Proceed completes the refresh process.
There are three main resources to work with: code systems, value sets, andconcept maps. For more information please visit the pages below:
