Create

Users can create new Concept Maps from the main Resources page. Selecting the Concept Map option from the resource button reveals the New Concept Map section in place of the Details section. Once the required fields are populated, users can proceed with generating the Concept Map by pressing the button.

Concept Map Creation

Field	Desciption
Title	The title of the Concept Map (mandatory)
Source Code System	The Code System from which the source codes will be loaded (mandatory)
Target Code System	The Code System from which the target codes can be selected from (mandatory)

After pressing the button, you will be taken to the Overview page of your new resource.
