# Import

Imports can be performed on existing Code Systems by importing a Delta release.

The import functionality can be accessed from the selected resource's overview page by pressing the![](https://2151851347-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FNmYDYy59u4utCYtlZ8vF%2Fuploads%2F22VySjtlLx4YzEJYnmAH%2Fimport_rf2_button.png?alt=media)button located in the upper right corner.

Users have two options to specify the import file in the import wizard: either by clicking in the import area and using the selector, or by drag and dropping it to the designated area.

After clicking the Next button, the import will be performed to the selected Code System.
