# Import

Imports can be performed on existing SNOMED CT Extensions by importing a Delta release.

The import functionality can be accessed from the selected resource's page by pressing the![](https://848337088-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FNfVt73uJmV35VTVsq2mk%2Fuploads%2FwQdsiSuA4yf8tPO4W6aw%2Fimport_rf2_button.png?alt=media)button located in the upper right corner.

Users have two options to specify the import file in the import wizard: either by clicking in the import area and using the selector, or by drag and dropping it to the designated area.
